About Me
I was born and raised in Kingston Ontario.
I have lived in Toronto since May of 1982 and I have worked in the pension industry since January 1988.
As of today, I am a 2 year 3 month cancer survivor and about 4 months ago my doctor informed me that if I didn’t change a few things, I could be a full blown diabetic in a years time.
And this my friends, is where my story begins………
